Congressman Roger Williams took to the floor of the U.S. House Wednesday to recognize and honor the US Army National Guard’s 236th Engineering Company. Located in Stephenville, the Guard Unit was the first to be called upon for Hurricane Harvey rescue and relief missions. Williams said

“The Lone Star State cannot thank them enough for their swift and noble actions and we will always remember their heroism… Hurricane Harvey victims are still recovering and all of America is behind them” [end quote] He met with Guardsmen in September to thank them for their service.
