Folks would need to contact a control operator and
ask to have the repeater configured for transmitting through the system which is
no problem, but they will have to ask unless someone already has it in that
mode
 It is also used to connect  into the West Texas Connection and to
other sights like the Lubbock Hub--fully remoteable
to any FM freq on 2 or 70 cm with low or high power options.  It is connected to
San Angelo during Skywarn and W5QX at the WX Bureau in San Angelo.  The control
ops are WX5TX-John, N5TEQ-Brent, KC5GZP-Jake, and K5QF-Mike.
