Internet provider NEXTLINK made a big donation on Tuesday morning to the Erath County Humane Society. 659 pounds of supplies were presented, along with a $250 check.
NEXTLINK’s director of education services Susan Sullivan, along with senior vice president, Steve Burks, Katy Keenie and Lori Gonzalez delivered the donations to a grateful ECHS executive director Diane McCoy and her assistant, TSU student Ricky Breneman.
Sullivan said they form teams at work In the case of the Humane Society effort, it was eight teams and everybody pitches in to get it done.
NEXTLINK has also given to CASA, Pythian Home in Weatherford, Grace House, and “Homes for the Brave”, an organization that supports wounded veterans, as well as supporting police and EMT’s.
