Stephenville educator Heather Haile was recently named the new Director of Childcare Programs at Ranger College Erath County Center.
The new Child Development Center will establish a curriculum and activities for up to 75 area children. She is a graduate from Matador, Texas’ Motley County High School and Tarleton State University with a Master’s degree in education. She spent over a decade as an educator with the Stephenville ISD, where she worked at Central Elementary and Hook Elementary.
At Tarleton she graduated Magna Cum Laude, with endorsements in early childhood education and ESL. In addition to teaching, she spent more than 20 years in private business in the Stephenville area. She is also the parent of three children.
Ranger College is aiming for a September 3 start for the new childcare programs.
