III. Recruitment Initiatives Report
CCR-Stephenville III, LLC (“CCR”) recruits for job openings by posting information about future opportunities by means of media and organizations throughout the listening area, and by attending area job fairs. Representatives from CCR annually attend the Tarleton State University Job Fair. This year, the stations’ General Manager attended the Fair, where he and other staff members handed out applications and talked to students about job opportunities. CCR hosts an annual Business Expo, which gives local businesses and the public the opportunity to learn about their business. CCR also has a booth available to the public with job applications and information about job opportunities. The stations also use their web page as a recruitment source (kstvfm.com, and kyox.com).
