If you’re one of those folks with uninsured flood damage, you’re going to want to contact Erath County emergency management coordinator Steve Cole.
Cole released a statement for those who have uninsured flood damage from the May 26 storms, saying those people in the incorporated city of Stephenville are asked to call the Stephenville Fire Department for flood damage assessments at 254-918-1269.
Dublin residents are asked to call Dublin City Hall at 254-445-3331, and those residing in unincorporated areas of Erath County are asked to call Erath County Emergency Management at 254-965-1326.
Heavy rainfall in May damaged roads all over the county and Stephenville City Park.
On June 2, Gov. Greg Abbott declared a state of emergency for 31 Texas counties including Erath, due to the severe flooding.
Cole said residents should notify the city or county to possibly get some help.
